We offer free shipping within india on all prepaid orders made via debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking.

Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. If there is any delay in delivery, you will be promptly notified via email.

For express shipping, please email us at hello@afterstudio.in with the subject "EXPRESS SHIPPING" along with your order number, and we’ll share the applicable charges based on your location. We will try our best to ship at the earliest.

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us at hello@afterstudio.in within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed, cancellations will no longer be possible.

We carefully inspect each item before shipping to ensure you receive a quality product. If you have any inquiries about size, fabric, or fit, we encourage you to reach out for assistance before placing your order.

• Custom-made pieces are not eligible for exchange or return.

• Exchanges are only allowed for size-related issues and must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Each purchase is eligible for one exchange only. Once approved, exchanges will be processed within 10 days after receiving the returned parcel.

• If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit valid for 3 months.

• Returns and refunds are only issued for damaged products and must be reported within 2 days of receiving the item.

• A damaged product refers to a manufacturing defect, tear, stain, or an item significantly different from the order. Significantly different refers to incorrect sizing, wrong product sent, or major discrepancies from the original order. Slight variations in pattern placement, color, or texture due to fabric properties do not qualify as damage.

• The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.

To Request an Exchange or Return

• Email us at hello@afterstudio.in with the subject "RETURNS", along with your order number, before sending the item back.

• Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

• Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used for a future purchase on our website. Partial use is allowed, but any remaining balance will not be refunded. Store credit will be issued within 5 days of receiving the returned item.

• Store credit cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to sale items.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges, except in cases where an incorrect size or damaged piece was sent, in which case After Studio will cover the shipping costs.

• Exchanges and returns are only eligible if items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. After Studio reserves the right to decline the request if these conditions are not met.
