SHIPPING
We offer free shipping within india on all prepaid orders made via debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking.
Orders are shipped within 10-14 business days (Monday-Friday, IOam to 7pm IST) If there is any delay in delivery, you will be promptly notified via email.
For express shipping, please email us at hello@afterstudio.in with the subject line “EXPRESS SHIPPING” and include your order number. We’ll do our best to dispatch your order at the earliest and will share the applicable charges based on your location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE INDIA)
SHIPPING FEES
We offer flat rate international shipping of ₹1,700 (approximately $20). Orders are dispatched within 2–4 weeks.
TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to monitor the status of your delivery. If there are any delays, you will be promptly notified via email.
CUSTOM DUTIES / IMPORT CHARGES
Custom duties or import taxes may be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. The customer is liable for clearance of these charges. After Studio is not responsible for these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to inquire about applicable rates.
Please note that orders shipped to the USA may incur additional duties and tariffs as per current US regulations.
UNDELIVERED ORDERS
Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, reshipping fees will apply. After Studio will not be able to process a refund, exchange, or store credit in such cases.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us at hello@afterstudio.in within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed, cancellations will no longer be possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted for items in original condition- unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with tags intact and free of any fragrance or perfume.
Once approved, a refund will be processed within IO business days to your original payment method.
Alternatively, you may opt for store credit equal to the purchase amount, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- custom-made pieces
- items that do not meet the return condition
- returns without prior approval
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@afterstudio.in before sending the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable shipping method. After Studio is not responsible for lost or untracked parcels.
- Refunds for damaged products must be requested within 2 days of receiving the item.
- A damaged product refers to a manufacturing defect, tear, stain, or an item significantly different from the order (such as wrong product or incorrect size). Minor variations in colour, texture, or pattern placement due to fabric properties do not qualify as damage.
- In cases of manufacturing defects, incorrect, or damaged items, After Studio will cover the return shipping.

exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for size-related issues only and must be requested within 5 days of delivery. Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Once approved, the exchange will be processed within IO days of receiving the returned item.
If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within IO business days of receiving the returned item.
We also offer free alterations. Shipping costs to our studio must be covered by the customer. Please note that refunds are not available if the item has been altered.

For exchanges, kindly mention the size you'd like or describe the fit issue so we can assist accordingly.

- non-transferable and can only be used for future purchases on our website
- partial use is allowed, but any remaining balance will not be refunded as cash
- issued within 5 days of receiving the returned item
- cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to sale items
